Our team has amassed over 40 years experience drilling in Nevada and across North America, from remote grassroots exploration projects to producing mine sites, and everything in between.

Our founders have spent their career on the other side of the drill contract – as geologists and mining executives. Frustrated with poor production and obscure pricing models that made it nearly impossible to stay on schedule or budget, the idea of DiamondBack Drilling was born.
